Founded in the academic year 1997–98, the school was established through the Kandhasamy Gounder Nachammaal Educational Trust — driven by a sincere desire to serve the community and provide quality education at minimal cost to the children of rural soil and the border region.

Every student should bring their hand book to school regularly without fail.
All students must converse only in English within school premises to build greater language proficiency.
Leave must not be taken without prior notice. Sick leave letters must be submitted upon return to school.
School uniform is compulsory every day. Hair trimmed, nails cut, shoes polished daily, socks washed every day.
Writing on walls, damaging furniture, library books or sports goods is strictly forbidden. Damage must be compensated.
Students should carry clean drinking water in a water bottle from home for personal use during school hours.
Students are not allowed to leave the school premises or meet visitors during school hours for any reason.
Students should not bring valuable articles or gold ornaments. The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
